Details
High Schoolers (9th - 12th grade), this summer EAC Youth will be taking a trip down to New York City from July 3rd-9th 2026 to partner with Envision NYC to take part in a multicultural missions experience!
What is Envision NYC:
It is a missions organization through the Christian and Missionary alliance that focuses on reaching immigrant and refuge communities in New York City with the good news of Jesus. Every Summer they hold a missions training/experience called "Culture Camp" where they bring youth groups from all over the nation to be equipped and encouraged to share the love of Jesus as they are being immersed in new and different cultures. During this week students will get an opportunity to learn how to better bridge cultural gaps, share their faith those around them, and reach people that are outside of the church!
On top of being a time for students to grow in their ability to engage with others it will also be an awesome time for students to grow deeper in their own personal faith with Jesus!

EXPECTATIONS:
While we desire to keep rules to a minimum, some are needed to ensure personal safety and things run smoothly. There are certain actions that will lead to your student being sent home early. These actions include:
- Alcohol and/or drug consumption/possession
- Violent acts towards other students and/or leaders
- Being in the rooms of the opposite gender for any reason
If a student is sent home early, transportation home will not be paid for by Essex Alliance or its staff. The transportation cost will fall onto the parent/guardian of the student.
As ambassadors of Christ we are to respect all those that we interact with from our volunteer leaders, to fellow students, and everyone in-between. Know that your actions are not just representation of Essex Alliance, but more importantly, they are a reflection Christ himself.
Spots are limited, so don't wait to sign up for this exciting opportunity!
