Rev up! Classes are for all levels to experience a fun way to exercise without the pressure to perform or impress. We use fitness as a way to worship and experience freedom through Jesus as we steward our bodies well. You can expect at least 40 mins of strength, cardio, and 20 mins of stretching, yoga and biblical meditation.
